Followed by being founder member of Musicurry Records (co-owned by Gaan Saraswati Smt. Lata Mangeshkar) wherein he managed to record, release & promote four major albums & manage more than seven mega concerts of Gaan Saraswati Smt. Lata Mangeshkar in various parts of our country and abroad. Moving on with his keen sense of marketing and convincing capabilities he has been the business manager of ace music directors like Pritam & Anand Raaj Anand. He did not stop just there. Shortly he moved on to become an Executive Assistant/Secretary to top Bollywood Celebrities & Ace Actors Mr. Ajay Devgn & Mrs. Kajol Devgn till early 2009. Being with Mr. Devgn, he implemented and opened various avenues or promoting actors and forming unique PR strategies. His keen observations and eagerness to learn various aspects of Entertainment & Promotion Business made him a confident marketing individual, who also believes in team work and that is how he picked up a knack to distribute various Bollywood Films in India & Overseas markets.

Additional Responsibility as Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Small and Medium Enterprises Chamber of India (SME Chamber of India) & Maharashtra Industries and Economic Development Association (MIEDA). He is also an independent Director with NanoIn India Pvt. Ltd, a South Korean company engaged in manufacturing renewable energy products, chemicals and consumer electronics, the company has a base in the Americas, South Korea & India. Apart from this, he is on board of M/s. Shreyahketa Services Pvt. Ltd & M/s. Thaumatargix Internet Services Pvt. Ltd.. His newest venture is Gramin Business Technologies and Trade Pvt. Ltd under which he is a co director - www.graminglobal.com. Taking his working experience and keeping in mind a thought for sharing, he is sharing his knowledge with the underprivileged and poor needy people via a Not for Profit organization, Grameen Pragati Foundation, (www.grameenpragati.com) where he is currently executing training and skilling along with addressing social issues for the wellbeing of the society.
